The building has its own entrance and is located in the Old South-West of Columbia, a 10-minute walk to campus, groceries and campus. The neighborhood has its own park, is very quiet and is right off the Katy Trail. There are four friendly chickens in the garden, a couple of very sociable dogs, and a wood-fired bread bakery next door. And I’ve stayed at a few different b and b type places before and was surprised by the no microwave more than the no hair dryer, both which would have been helpful to have for the weekend.
