Breakfast was the standard fare but was good. Breakfast manager very kind and attentive . Room clean and comfortable. Hallway on 4th floor was sub freezing temp , which seemed excessive. Some hand sanitizer machines at elevators were not working but I’m sure they will be corrected.

Room was clean. Location was closer to the highway than we anticipated, so that’s what we saw from our room window. Check in was easy, young guy at the front desk gave minimal info. We thought this hotel was exceptional. The person we dealt with at reception was very friendly and helpful.The hallways were very clean and nicely decorated. The room was large and well appointed. Best of all the bed was extremely comfortable. All in all a very pleasant stay for us.

Every staff we ran into from housekeeping, front desk, or kitchen staff were all so friendly and polite!!! They mad the stay very nice! Room was spacious and worked perfect for my family!!! Only downfall is not bars of soap in the room, we forgot our body wash and was hopeful for soap but ther was none

The staff were pretty very accommodating. Some were much better than others. I had 3 rooms. The first room didn’t have much hot water or water pressure in the shower and the 2nd didn’t have a bathtub. The place felt rundown to me. They had a pool but it wasn’t very clean. There were no showers or changing room. I wanted to swim really badly one night but a group of girls took over the pool for over 3 hours. The front desk said there was nothing they could do. The breakfast was great.
