We need it to stay close to fort Jackson so this place was perfect it was very clean the only bad thing I noticed is that the door of the room didn’t lock quite right other than that everything else was ok

The hotel was not bad. Staff was nice. East check in. We had some questionable people staying on the floor under us. But we didn't have any problems from them. Area was nice. Stores and restaurants fairly close.

The staff was nice, friendly, and prompt to handle issues. The hotel is old and could use more Many locals live at the hotel. The beds are hard. The rooms smell stuffy and smoky. The bed covers have holes in them. But the staff was nice and helpful.

Nice stay for the price and location close to base and other things to do. There was a gap in the door that seemed iffy, but we had absolutely no issues with our stay. Safe and no body bothered us. We had a late night check in, no problems and simple check out. Cable tv, coffee maker, iron, blow dryer and mini frdidge. Room was always clean everyday. Did not have the breakfast as advertised though.

Traffic is noisy until around 10:30 p.m. and then it goes away. This is because the property is on a road that is a much-used shortcut known to area residents. Rooms are always clean, floors too!

I stay overnight in Columbia to avoid commuting one hour from home to work once a week. This Econo Lodge is very close (4 minutes) from my workplace. This was my fifth stay. All good experiences. The rooms are clean, linens clean, easy parking. There is much traffic noise until around 10:30 p.m. and then it goes away.

This property is right on the side of a short-cut road that ALL Columbians know and use, so the traffic noise is really bad until around 10:30 or 11:00 p.m. and then it begins to quiet down. But, the rooms are always clean and everything you need is in the room.

The door didn't seal (though the locks did appear to work). The cover for the smoke detector was missing. Yet somehow there was also a low battery beep. I did not end up staying and requested a refund.
