"The room was not clean. We had to get our rooms moved to another one because the blankets, toilet, Jacuzzi, and floor was not clean. Moved to next room and had to go buy bleach to do my own cleaning because I could not get a refund. Jacuzzi was broken. Door had been kicked in. Very limited breakfast. ..."

"Booked a 2 queen suite for 2 adults 3 kids. We arrived and were told they only had a king suite. This was 11pm and cheer competition weekend. So nothing else available. We said fine whatever. There were people sitting in the hallways at 11pm outside our room. No fault of hotel. The room was dirty. ..."
