Colored Canyon Tours and Activities

I had coordinated for a transport from the airport but was told once I arrived that they could not accommodate us. We had to get a taxi that dropped us over half a mile from the hotel. My wife was not happy as we had to walk down a dark street with all of our luggage. The next day my daughter had come to visit and she was going to change in our room to go on a snorkeling trip. The front desk made a big deal about not allowing guests even though I offered to pay extra. The manager finally agreed to allow her to come to the room but made it clear that she couldn't eat or drink anything. I wouldn't stay here again as there are plenty of other options in the areal.

Lovely resort, beautiful maintained gardens. Great setting facing the sea and dessert. Buffet food was very decent with daily variety. Diving school within the resort which was very convenient. Room was very clean and staff made an effort to make you feel welcome.

This property in 20/10 Very good staff everybody is very special with you, the cocktails are very good quality, also the reception do early check in without pay, and later check out again with no payment. This Hotel seems like is taking care about your customers, that in Sharm el Sheik other resort they only want money, but with Jaz Elite is perfect, they always want to make you happy!!!! I will go back to this hotel is amazing and the food excellent very tasty and soooooo nice!!!
