It consists of: living room with TV, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, washing machine and balcony with lake view.**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**FARO SUL LAGO is located in the medieval village characterised by narrow streets, houses leaning against each other and alleys leading to small open spaces on the lake. It consists of a characteristic living room with fireplace and dining table, the eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The sleeping area consists of a large double bedroom in traditional style and another bedroom with two single beds. Finally, the bathroom is equipped with a toilet, washing machine and shower. FARO SUL LAGO also has a small balcony overlooking the lake. The flat, with Wi-Fi available throughout the house, can accommodate up to 4 people. It does not have air conditioning but fans are available. The apartment has a private parking space located outside the property, about 150 meters away.**ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKING**FARO SUL LAGO is located in the most historic and characteristic part of the centre of Colonno, which is why it can only be reached on foot. Private parking space 150 meters away from the house. We recommend the use of a car to reach the village of Colonno and the parking area.**COLONNO & SURROUNDINGS**Colonno is a charming little village on the western shore of Lake Como, known for its natural beauty and authentic charm. This picturesque village is an ideal place for those seeking tranquillity and breathtaking views. The view of the lake, with its crystal-clear waters and reflecting mountains, is one of the main attractions. Colonno is also an excellent starting point for excursions into the surrounding green hills. Trails from the village offer beautiful panoramic views of the lake and mountains, such as the famous Greenway to Griante. Thanks to its location, it is a peaceful corner away from the tourist hustle and bustle. It is perfect for those who wish to immerse themselves in the nature and serenity of Lake Como. Please note that there are no bars or restaurants in Colonno and the nearest supermarket is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 3.5 km from the flat.**GETTING AROUND**Please note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), renting a car or using pre-booked private drivers. A bus stop is 200 metres from the flat, and a boat stop is 500 metres away. Please note that there are only 2 ferries per day passing through Colonno: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. In the nearby village of Argegno you will instead find a boat every hour. For further questions regarding transport and transfers please do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you.**OTHER THINGS TO NOTE**All guests are required to pay a tourist tax of € 2.00 per person, per night. In the cold season heating is an additional cost to be paid separately: € 7 / day. It is forbidden not to sort waste as instructed, otherwise a penalty of € 60,00 will be charged. According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest's personal identity document will be requested. Wirklich sehr schöne Ferienwohnung gut ausgestattete Küche. Leider war der Backofen kaputt punkt aber wir waren entschädigt mikrowelle Herd und Wasserkocher und die Lage in einem kleinen Dörfchen am Comer See ca 25 Minuten von Como entfernt für Autofahrer, die gut zu Fuß sind, denn man kann das Auto etwa 1 km vom Haus entfernt abstellen und geht dann zu Fuß. War für uns problemlos. Ganz leichtes Einchecken. Eine wunderschöne Woche ##### maren k.
