"The first night was rough no air conditioning was on in the room.The room was hot and water was on the floor. 3 hours later the room was good and floor was mop. Breakfast was awesome and pool area. The staff are first class and very helpful. I would stay again but I would call to make sure air conditioning is on for a hour or two before you arrive."

"I have pictures of the room that we got. This is not a $300 a night room. Cockroaches on the floor, outside my room. I am amazed that Expedia had the nerve to list it and offered a limited number of pictures to fully evaluate the condition of the hotel. I trusted Expedia to provide a suitable room but I can see that they are more interested in their commission than their clients. "
