The Crane's Nest is a beautiful 3 bedroom, one bath cottage near Lake Michigan and located in the Lake Michigan Beach area. Newly remodeled. We want our guests to feel a range of emotions when entering The Crane's Nest. Cozy, comfortable, relaxing, nautical and romantic. This cottage is fully stocked with supplies for campfires, grilling, cooking and games for the whole family. We are one mile south of Roadside Park (public beach) and one mile north of Hagar Park (public beach). We are perfectly located between St. Joseph (9 miles south) and South haven (12 miles north). With so much to see and do in both directions.
The Crane's Nest is a Family friendly cottage. We are not large enough inside or outside for parties. We rank very high on decor, cleanliness and activities.

Very nice, clean, and welcoming. There were 4 adults & 5 year old. We enjoyed the trip immensely. It was a short drive to state park beaches and St. Joseph. Would highly recommend this comfortable little house for your visit.

I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and this might be the best I’ve ever experienced. Thoughtfully designed and arranged, impeccably clean, and stocked with both practical and generous supplies to make a stay easy and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time. The cottage is adorable, very clean, and the perfect size for a smallish group. It's also well stocked with essentials and some special treats. We will definitely consider returning! The nearby beach is lovely. About a 3-minute drive at most.
