The reception staff were friendly and professional, reception areas very nice. The room was very clean and modern, well paid d out. Would have given 5 stars but the pillows were t good and the bed was a bit firm for me.

Hotel is in good proximity to the train station. As walkers, we enjoyed crossing the Hohenzollern Bridge everyday with its iconic views of the cathedral and other sights along the Rhine.
