The room is beautiful and shower is amazing. Great water pressure. The pillows are so comfy. Umbrella and lounge chairs for beach are complementary. Kumo is delicious and has amazing waitstaff. Housekeeping did not replace dirty glasses or replenish toilet paper, we had to go to desk to request. As well as pool towels that we left on the floor after 3 days, they just hung them up. Desk person was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel has so much potential, however no pool bar/cafe operating, which would have been convenient for lunch. The Thai restaurant that was open for dinner was fantastic. We had a terrace room with plenty of space, a chase or 2 would have been nice to use the space more.
