Owner also communicated with us that the exterior of the property was being worked on which explained the rather run down look outside (they were pulling down siding). "What a cute, comfortable townhouse! My husband, 2 adult children and I stayed here for 1 night for my younger son's graduation. Very clean and comfortable. We walked to and from the bars at Northgate at night. The 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms makes it a perfect place for a group of friends or 2 couples. There's a nice backyard area you could have a pregame get-together also. We would definitely stay there again."

"I was in town with my elderly parents for a funeral. The location was perfect for where we needed to be in town. The apartment is so quiet and clean and much more comfortable than two hotel rooms, which we were also considering. It was a great experience for my parent's first VRBO stay."
