Hotel Chelsea is a sweet, small hotel. Location was within walking distance to Torino P.N. Only complaints or concerns are that it is literally on the tram line and it was quite noisy beginning at 0600 until about 2300. Also the beds were not comfortable—very stiff mattresses.

A quiet spot looking over the Susa valley. Not much going on in Meana, but a great base for cycling/hiking in the area. Nice apartment, and an excellent host.
