Overall, everything was very good. The cleanliness of the room was very good. The breakfast was magnificent. There was a wide variety of everything. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. I don't know if things have changed, but the guys at the door do NOT help with the suitcases. Finally, the bathroom amenities are very basic.

Location was perfect. Dozens of bars and restaurants within minutes from front door of hotel. Downside was the rooftop bar closes at 10 PM, I was never able to enjoy the views overlooking Madrid.
Apart from that, it was a great stay.
