The room was clean, and we enjoyed the restaurant located on the property. However, there is no elevator, and having to use the stairs at all times was very inconvenient—especially since we had luggage. Our key cards also kept deactivating, so we had to go to the front desk almost daily to have them ...

Hotel Maria Isabel
Uncomfortable, old, stagnant, inaccessible, confusing, tense atmosphere. No access to USB ports, the height of the bathtub was out of adjustment, the air conditioning did not work, it rained on the day of my stay and the hallways were flooded.
