Property Summary  
Villa Baila is a modern semi-detached house located in the Curcio district, just 1 km from the center of Colico, Italy. This holiday rental offers a spacious yard of 800 m2 with a meadow and orchard, as well as parking facilities for up to 3 cars. Enjoy the convenience of having a shop and railway station within 1 km, and a grass beach just 2 km away. The property is equipped with amenities such as Internet WiFi, Parking, and the option for an Installment Plan.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a vast outdoor space of 800 m2, fenced for privacy and security. The yard features a beautiful meadow and orchard, providing a serene and natural environment for you to relax and unwind. Additionally, there is dedicated parking available right at the house for up to 3 cars, as well as public parking on the road.  
  
Other Information  
Villa Baila is conveniently situated just 2 km from a marina and a surf school, allowing you to fully enjoy the nearby lake activities. For golf enthusiasts, an 18-hole golf course is just 35 km away. The owner does not accept youth groups, ensuring a peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere. Please note that a part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

The property is ideally located near several attractions, including Forte Montecchio Nord, Torri di Fontanedo, Abbazia di Piona, and Mulino Maufet. Well-known ski regions such as Madesimo and Livigno are easily accessible, as well as the picturesque Lago di Mezzola and Lago di Lugano. Hiking enthusiasts can explore the trails of Monte Legnone and Monte di Rusico, both located in proximity to the property.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 2-room semi-detached house with an area of 45 square meters, spread over two levels. The bright, modern and tastefully furnished living/sleeping room features a double sofa bed and a dining table. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. You can access the terrace from the living area. There is also a shower and a toilet on the same level. The upper floor, accessible via a steep stair, has an open room with sloping ceilings and two French beds (140 cm). This room has an exit leading to a balcony and the terrace. The floors are made of parquet.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a balcony, a 10 square meter partially roofed terrace, a 16 square meter terrace, a garden, and a lawn area. Outdoor furniture, including terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and 4 deck chairs, is provided. You can enjoy a marvellous view of the mountains from the property. Additionally, the amenities include a washing machine, a children's high chair, a baby cot, and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi internet access is available for free, and reserved parking for one car is included.

Please note that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, such as a gallery or alcove. The property is suitable for a maximum capacity of 4 people, with one bedroom and one bathroom. The vacation accommodation offers modern and tasteful furnishings, gas heating, and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a microwave, a washing machine, and heat availability. The property provides a unique experience with its stunning mountain views and outdoor spaces like the terraces, garden, and lawn.
