Bring your lawn chairs and kick back and relax around the bonfire or go hit 18 holes of golf at Bella Vista, only 3.2 miles ( 7 min drive) away. This home offers all the entrainment or relaxing time you need. Marble lake and Coldwater lake on the chain, have beautiful sand bars to park and swim. This private community allows for you to bring your golf cart and cruise. Large yard accommodates plenty of space for tent campers. Come enjoy a long stay or a short getaway.

Wonderful spacious property. Very versatile. Hosts welcoming, most of neighborhood quite friendly. Good amount of amenities and just close enough to Coldwater to make a quick trip to town easy
