There is nothing more amusing than being stopped by a herd of lazy cows while driving up to the 'Col du Tourmalet' in the Pyrénées and having your car literally 'redecorated'. Happy memories! :)
Drive up the highest mountain pass road to the Col du Tourmalet in the Pyrénées... And you'll not only enjoy the 360 degree views at the top but also feel humbled by the experience, thinking about the Tour de France cyclists! :)

I chose this hotel because it was conveniently between Bordeux and the Pyrenees. It was easy to access. The reception were accommodating when I was very late (10.50pm!). The room was clean and comfortable. However, the was no kettle in the room and the plastic key broke. The room was a little noisy, being near the main road.
