Cohutta Cove Mini Golf Tours and Activities

The hotel staff was great. The stay was good until the next to last day. The AC stopped working that morning. I thought it was just the heat and humidity it was trying to fight so we left to do our thing. Came back and it was worse. Called down to the front desk and they were super friendly. The issue I have is they should have communicated because it turned into an ongoing problem and it wasn’t resolved the last two days we were there. Next morning (check out day) we got up extra early because it was hot, we were gross and needed to shower before we head to the airport. 3 inch cockroach climbing around the bathroom when I got out of the shower. Positives: very friendly staff, great location OUTSIDE of Atlanta, nice facility, excellent bed, quiet. Negatives: roach and gnats in the bathroom, housekeeping was very late in the day and came by every time we had already returned for the day, busted AC for two days w/ 90+ temps and 88% humidity & no communication. This last one has zero to do with the property but leave at least an hour (maybe more) before you need to be anywhere near downtown. Traffic took us 1.5 hours from hotel to downtown for the one event we had to be there at 6:30pm on a Friday.
