Contacted owner on arrival to advise air conditioner did not work, the lack of cleanliness and standard supplies ie. toilet paper, handwash, shampoo, conditioner, milk etc was not available. The only response from owner was to go to IGA and buy products and they will reimburse us. Further contacted owner to which they never responded. Had a married couple in single beds as they were the only ones made up.
