I would note, however, that this place is attached to another home which isn't clear from the listing. But it was great being able to park on the street just outside the door which was super convenient. And the swamp cooler kept the place cool when needed. We were so happy with this location. It provides plenty of room for the whole family and it's a great location. The owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The house was incredibly clean and smelled great- you couldn't tell it was a place that had pets. There is a beautiful local park with a playground , large green area and basketball courts in walking distance of the property (about two blocks away). The property is close to everything!
