Exceptionally friendly staff, but not always the best service, especially with housekeeping. Attention to detail lacking around the resort. Never any beach towels available unless you grab them immediately in the morning. Solid, but not remarkable.

We had a swell time during our stay here. The resort was beautiful, food was too good to be true - well curated by the head chef, the villa and services were top notch and most importantly the beautiful people at the resort made it feel like home and showered us with love along the way. Can’t appreciate Leon, Desa, Troy, Gabriel, Priscilla, Ilara, Aaliyah, Kenya, Erick, just to mention a few. Will definitely visit again and reconnect with the beautiful people there. This property and the staff was nice. There isn’t a lot to do at this resort. The people that stay at this hotel are mostly older white couples. You can not play any music at the pool. There is no music playing at the bar. Men have to wear collared shirts and pants to dinner or they will have to get room service. Dinner seems like it took a long time each night. So if you want a quiet stay with not a lot of things to do then this resort is for you. If you are of color and under the age of 55 you wouldn't like this resort. It gave more of a retirement home vibe but it is a beautiful resort and the rooms are very nice and the staff was very helpful and nice. The only entertainment at this resort was a band or a singer at 9 to 10. Other than that no entertainment
