Cocorná Vacation Packages

Tercera vez que visito Medellín, primera vez que me quedo en otro hotel por lo que siento que tengo punto de comparación. El personal de recepción muy amable. El desayuno tiene mucha oportunidad de mejora, pocas opciones y pocas opciones saludables, dulces secos y duros. Al segundo día pagué por unos huevos fritos cocidos al momento. La ducha del baño no drena bien, se estanca el agua, el cuarto en general limpio, camas cómodas y limpias. El hotel está céntrico pero a la vez apartado lo suficiente para no escuchar el ruido de la zona del poblado, queda al final de una calle sin salida como una loma y para subir caminando hay que estar en condiciones, pero muy bien que esté lo suficientemente cerca para irse caminando. En general un buen hotel con mucha oportunidad de mejora.

Our week-long stay at Hotel Devú was an overall fantastic experience, highlighted by an incredibly warm and professional welcome that set the tone for the entire trip. The rooms were consistently spotless and well-maintained, and the customer service across the board was a perfect 5 out of 5. The only minor drawback we encountered was that room service comes with an additional fee, which was the only thing we didn't quite like. However, everything else was so exceptional that we would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and friendly place to stay.

This is a very beautiful boutique hotel. They have micro rooms with no amenities on property no room service or other man that is that you may need on a Five Star. Overall experience is good and great location
