Beautiful small apartment for exclusive use, fully equipped. Very comfortable and well decorated!!!  
  
A privileged residential place on Fidel Anze Park, in front of recognized food places such as: Metro, La Chingada and Manioc. Walk to: Creatio and Typica. Very close to: Cayenne, Cowork, La Casa de Margarita and Lutetia. A couple of blocks from: Donald and the North Ic. Four blocks from Hupermall and Paseo Aranjuez.  
  
Ideal for visiting the best places in the city!

Beautiful integrated environment with living room, bar dining room, work space, kitchen and laundry area. It has a small hall at the entrance, with a comfortable style closet, a double bed, and a private bathroom. Master bedroom with double bed for two and a half people, walking closet and en suite bathroom.
