9/10 Wonderful! (459 reviews)
Mold present on the ceiling and pilling of pain behind the couch. I don’t know if that’s a safe environment. Complementary breakfast was literally 2 toast with marmolada and little cubs of fruits and coffee or juice not so great.
Place was cute but not the greatest. We didn’t get the room with pool like in the picture. Staff very nice and friendly.

8.2/10 Very good! (219 reviews)
I absolutely liked my stay at Piedra de Agua! The place is beautiful, clean and full of character with a wonderful atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. Location was perfect! Staff was very attentive and very friendly. Locals also very friendly. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend visiting Merida, Yucatan!
