"Nous avons eu un excellent service et de l'aide de la part du personnel en place pour différents aspects. Merci!"

The shower water is like dripping. The towels looked unclean. There was only one chair and one nightstand in the room. All these are not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. The front desk also refused to refund one-night stay due to the change in airline schedule although we contact them weeks before checking in."

They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming.
