This resort was truly an amazing and comfortable experience. The only thing I will say negative about is the dining service. It was quite slow, but besides that definitely recommend this resort to families, couples, friends. etc.

From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. So friendly, responsive, and truly accommodating . The property itself was breathtaking and beach club was an extra plus.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were truly amazing — always checking in to see if we needed anything, We especially enjoyed the 4th of July celebration and the food that evening — it was definitely the highlight of the trip! A couple of notes: the sofa in our room felt a bit outdated, and some of the bathroom toiletries weren’t securely installed and were falling apart. Also, the buffet at O was just okay — we much preferred dinner at the other three restaurants. Despite those small things, the experience overall was great, and I’d definitely come back again. Thank you for the memorable stay!
