Incomparable city centre location just off Grafton Street, opposite Bruxelles. Have stayed multiple times. Great studio apartments, spacious and really well appointed. Ideal for a weekend stay in the city . Cannot recommend highly enough.

I arrived at the hotel with a booking for a de luxe room. The room (319) was very small and dark a filthy outlook, bins and bird droppings and high buildings on all sides with the air conditioning units outside my window and the noise of a tv (presumably from next door). I immediately went to the reception desk and asked if my room was really a de luxe room. One of the receptionist asked if I was a solo occupant. I replied I was, which was probably why I had been given this awful room. After two receptionists spent some time on the computer I was given a new room (357) which had the same outlook but at least I could see the sky! I make no apology for saying I would not stay there again and fully expect this comment to be disregarded, if it is read at all! The photographs I am including (which were the best I could get as the windows didn’t open any further) were taken from the second room I was given on the 5th floor. The first room was on the third floor which was literally on top of the air conditioning units. Carol Clapperton

We were surprised by the check in process. You have to collect your keys quite far from the apartment. So plan for a delay to use transit or a two-way taxi fare. The apartment was dirty. Mould in the closet. The beds were terrible (one like an air mattress & the other was hard as a board). The pillows were so used they were hard packed. The air freshener system is needed because a sewage smell came from one bathroom. The photos used to advertise the unit were not the same as the unit we stayed in. The unit has no views. It was an interior unit that looks only into courtyards. It was dark because it was on the first floor and the perimeter units towered over us. The only sunlight that came in was a reflection off of other apartment windows. The air freshener system malfunctioned & needed repair as it beeped every 10 seconds. The washing machine broke. We tried to spend as little time there as possible. The only thing I can say that is positive is that it’s located on a LUAS line.

We booked airport pickup through the unit. A taxi picked us up from the airport, took us to the office for key pickup, then the taxi took us to our flat. The office was a 10-15 min drive from the flat, so this was very convenient. Highly recommend taking advantage of this option. They told us to leave the keys in the apartment which was convenient. We requested a second set of keys which someone brought to the apartment within the hour. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. The hot water for the shower was confusing, but the app had video instructions on how to use that and the other parts of the flat. There was a lot of storage space in the bedroom. Nothing for the person on the sofabed though, so his clothes were all over the living room. The sofabed was better than others, but it was still a sofabed. Lots of towels were provided which was a plus. It was in a great location and many restaurants and activities were within walking distance. The listing shows images from all their apartments, so it's hard to tell what you'll get.
