The hotel is gorgeous and in a great location. No 5star for me due to guest services.
When calling guest services - around 2pm - we asked for a cot for a teenager. I also asked for two additional pillows for back support for my own bed.
Someone came up to deliver right away and brought a pak n play. Ok , a mistake. We told the man to please bring an adult cot and pillows to our room while we were out. He stated ,” I’ll be right back”. I thanked him and gave him $20 tip. By 6pm we had no cot. We had to call guest services again. Finally got a cot but no extra pillows.
No attention to detail.
Rooms beautiful with huge bathroom. Double Beds (no queens) very uncomfortable. Like sleeping on box spring.
