Kitchen area: Breakfast Bar, Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Freeview TV Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, Freeview TV Bedroom 3: Bunk (3ft) Beds (Children Only), Smart TV, Disney+ Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet Separate Toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. (please not) WiFi can be hit and miss as we are rural. Enclosed front garden with garden furniture and gas barbecue. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. 3 dogs of any size or 4 small dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). No smoking or e-cigarettes.
