Clintonville Vacation Packages

Check-in and Check-out was smooth. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good; they packed a lot of food in a fairly small area. There was a baseball tournament in town, so we didn't get an opportunity to check out the pool area but the crowd in there seemed to be having a great time. We found the stay to be good value for the cost.

We liked it was modern & clean. What we didnt like was there is no front desk person all day & night. You have to go to the hotel next door to check in & out. Can’t check out on phone. Plus if you want ice, coffee, & breakfast, you have to go to the hotel next door. Good thing is nobody can get in without a key. I was nervous about no one attending front desk area. The price was reasonable through Expedia. Other people were paying over $200 a night in the hotel next door. It was a Saturday night. We paid $136 total. I think the pool was next door also. Our shower head needs replaced. We told them at front desk ( at hotel next door) Can’t imigine staying at this hotel in the winter time. Walking across the parking lit, back & forth!! Unreal.

While the place was very clean, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. As in, I could feel the springs of the mattress. I contacted the host about a code to open the doors into the building since it is a contactless hotel and there was a code lock on the outside doors. They never returned my call. It seems you don’t need a code to get into the building , only your room. The building is left wide open.

The staff were all very friendly as we came and went. The contactless cleaning approach for those staying for a few days worked great. Our suite could use a new mattress and fitted sheet because one side had a large divot and the elastic on the sheet was so stretched out it wouldn’t stay on all night. We tried laying sideways the 2nd night so we could avoid one of having to sleep in the hole but that didn’t work well due to my height. My husband ended up stepping up and sleeping on that side our last 2 nights.

The property was clean and check in was easy. The sound proofing was not good or basically absent - so we could hear all conversations outside and steps from the floor above
