The room was acceptable, could have been cleaner but comfortable bed and at a good price. Friendly staff. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee and pre-packaged rolls and snack cakes--no milk, no juice, no cereal, no fruit--definitely a cut below the breakfasts offered at other places. They did offer a 20% discount at a nearby restaurant where you could go buy breakfast, but part of the adverstized draw was an included breakfast.

Staff was great and we loved the room. We will be coming back to stay again.

People from all walks of life come here and stay here long term. I paid 2x more in another state last week for same type of amenities. I was here for 2 days. Nothing bad or out of ordinary. No breakfast. They did have coffee in the morning tho.

We booked a king room, but were given a double queen. We were not told about the change in our room until we arrived at our actual hotel room. When we called down to ask about it, the clerk lied and said he'd told us at the desk that they'd changed our reservation. He also said he'd told us that the room was handicap-accessible (which wasn't a problem, but he never actually told us about it). My husband went back down to talk to the clerk, who tried to tell my husband he didn't hear the conversation between the clerk and myself because he was outside - which was another lie. My husband was standing right beside me the entire check-in and didn't go out to the car until the clerk gave us our parking pass and we were done at the desk. We were not offered a discount, refund, or anything to compensate us for not getting the room we booked. Overall, I'm very disappointed in our booking.

Breakfast choices were limited, but I think it was good enough for the price we paid. Also staff were so friendly and always quick to aid anything we need.
