Check-in was remote and smoothly navigated over the phone. The property itself is excellent both in terms of location (shops, restaurants nearby) as well as size of the apt.
There were 3 minor issues - slightly mold/grout in one of the showers, water mixer in 1 shower too hot, and the coffee machine was leaking water causing slightly spill.

Love this hotel and stay regularly. Great rooms, good selection of foods at breakfast. Good options for lunch afternoon tea and dinner as you can use the Brasserie or the Stables bar. Love the outside terrace too.

"A perfect location for our visit to York. An easy walk into the old city and close to the train station. The staff were super helpful, always available to help us with our questions. The hotel has two restaurants and a great breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to York."
