It was a good room for the price. I only needed to sleep there basically. I do wish the wifi worked better but that is out of their hands. I have stayed here twice in the last year and it's a nice little stay.

Family Christmas trip

Hotel was located well for my needs. Room could use some updating. Bed was comfortable. Heater not working well and could not take shower in morning because water would not flow to shower head. The manager was friendly. And it’s located right next to a wonderful restaurant. Home cooking.

The place is horrible. The toilet seat wasn't attached plus the toilet itself wasn't even attached to the floor. No maid service for clean sheets or towels the entire stay. False advertised as having free WIFI and being pet friendly. Very unclean rooms and unprofessional staffing

Before checking in, we passed by the Victorian Inn from the highway at night. Our first impression of the beautiful "house" all lit up in lights was in a word 'enchanting'. We arrived late and rang the bell. The lobby was tastefully decorated and particularly inviting. Nick, the night clerk, came out rubbing his eyes and yawning. He promptly checked our credentials and issued room keys. EVERYONE at the property was friendly and professional. Heather and crew took pride in their jobs making sure everything was clean and satisfied every request. After the two nights stay, we decided we needed to book another night. Soooo glad we did , as Nick was gracious and kind enough to upgrade us to the honeymoon suite! Shocked and pleasantly surprised at his over the top gesture. We were mind blown when we entered the suite which had only been occupied by four other renters. LED lights in blue set the mood. New carpet, fireplace, snacks, new bedding, matching towel set and shower curtain in the bathroom all made this stay extra special. It truly felt like we were staying with family. Shout out to you Nick. As we marveled at the unique fixtures, he described in detail how he had personally repurposed an old item to make them. DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK! This place and the good folks working here is AWESOME! Thanks again Nick for the hospitality, sense of humor, and the restful nights sleep. We have travelled North and South America, and Europe and this stay is in the top 5!

The bed was horrible feels like you sleeping in a water bed. Towels smells like cigarettes. It was horrible. I was afraid bed had bedbugs. I checked but did not see but I could missed it.

This hotel was a great find. So great that I am glad I ignored all the negativity surrounding the reviews. The staff was friendly, helpful and kind. The room was clean (a bit dusty but so is your house) and big. The only downside was the air wasn't on previous to arrival but I'm positive it's because why waste power and money when no one is in the room. Overall it's a great little stay for the prices they are asking.

Floor was dirty when checked in. Housekeeping said she cleaned room everyday but never came in the room except the last day when I forgot to lock the door. Shower is better if you are 5 and a half feet tall.

The manager wasn’t the most welcoming or nicest person I’ve ever met. The carpets were not something I wanted to walk on barefoot. All in all it was just pretty rundown. Only one roll of toilet paper and a dirty towel was hanging on the back of the bathroom door.
