Cleveland County Speedway Tours and Activities

PROS: The free breakfast was the usual. Eggs sausage, breads, juices, biscuits & gravy. My only complaint was that on alternate days they had sausage or Patties and the patties were not very hot. Place is clean. Looks like recent upgrade. Hallway carpets look dirty and depressing but they were shampooed twice during my stay so it must be the color or the pattern. CONS: There is not enough space left for me to relate to you how bad my stay was. Effectively, there was no Housekeeping provided until my very last day, and only then because I pointedly insisted that clean my room, and there response was "we'll try." Dirty sheets on the bed which had to change myself. 3-day "green" towel service. I went 6 days before I could get them to provide fresh towels. They never emptied the trash or made the bed, it cleaned the room, until day 6, after I insisted. Needless to say, I will never stay in a Sleep Inn ever again. I will never stay in a Choice Inns property ever again. I will however warn everyone in my church and the Rotary not to go anywhere near a Choice Inns property. Don't bother to send me any vouchers etc., as I don't travel often enough to use them before they expire. Now if you wanted to refund the cost of my room… but I doubt that will happen. I took this room because Expedia recommended it as a special deal at the very top of the page. I did check out other options, but it seemed like a good deal and you recommended it. Gregory Randis

Good value for the price. Nice staff that resolved quickly an issue we had with the room. In one room we had available charge port problems so beware the cell chargers are working after lights out due to outlet switched off with lights.
