It is situated within the most residential part of the Swiss Ski School, a water-ski paradise complex, one of the world's finest ski venues. The property benefits from lake frontage on natural Lake Sumner. The complex caters for all levels of ability from complete beginners through to the most accomplished. Villa 6 is located two minutes walk from Swiss Fairways, a beautiful 18 hole championship golf course. Whether you would like to take a few lessons to improve your style or just play for fun the choice is yours . Disney Orlando and other theme parks only 45 minutes away. Villa 6 is definitely the perfect holiday location in Central Florida !!! RENTAL OPTIONS: The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax. Very quiet neighborhood just a short 5 minute drive from groceries. We prefer a less European decor (couches and beds are extremely low to the ground).
