Staff was very nervous ce. Check in clerk a bit abrupt. Had a maintenance issue in the am but it was well handled.

Garner Hotel August West by IHG
Front desk staff was awesome, breakfast could have been better, the room was clean the only issue I had was the dirty towels I put on the floor to be replaced was folded and put back on the rack as if they were changed for clean ones.

There was no tissue paper in the toilet. The shower citton is torn No duvey to cover in cold temperature

The pictures are spot on! This cozy suite was perfect for us! So immaculately clean and well decorated. Adam is the perfect host! We felt so lucky to find this charming diamond!
