Hotel quality linens, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and laundry, and large back deck make this the perfect home away from home for your next vacation or business travels to the Thousand Islands.  
  
Appointed for small groups and families with 1-bedroom and 1-bath. Metered parking is available on-street or in the free overnight municipal lot across James Street.  
  
The Space:  
Outfitted for guests with the highest standards, this chic cottage unit is sure to have you fully embracing River life, never wishing to leave. The home is located only two blocks from Riverside Drive and the many shops, restaurants, and boutiques Clayton has to offer.  
  
With both a back deck and large front porch, the outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing morning, noon, and night with friends and family.  
  
Your next culinary endeavor is sure to be a success with this condo's fully stocked kitchen containing a stove/oven, dish washer, coffee maker, and a full set of pots, pans, and dishes. Directly off of the kitchen sits the full bathroom with large standup shower, personal vanity, and hairdryer.  
  
The bedroom welcomes those lazy vacation mornings with a comfortable queen bed made-up with hotel quality linens and pillows. The home also offers a sleeper sofa for one additional guest.

Our visit to Clayton and The 1000 Islands for a Memorial Service and 60th Birthday party was enhanced greatly by the clean, comfortable and charming Cottage on James. The home was clean, linens fresh and every amenity added- thanks for the welcome basket of snacks! The front porch was a big draw and we spent early mornings and evenings enjoying the rocking chairs. Great location to the river, shops and coffee spots. I would definitely rent again when we visit our friends on nearby Murray Isle- maybe even rent the other units for family members! Highly recommend

#### Charming Cottage in a Charming Town!

What a charming and beautifully update cottage circa from 1899. Beautiful hardwood floors and character galore! We stayed in Cottage #2 on the main floor which had a wonderful covered balcony complete with rocking chairs from which to enjoy coffee or cocktails. Super location, walk to everything in this charming town. The cottage was immaculate, spacious and very nicely appointed. We already know that we will stay here again in the future. Thanks!
