Uncomfortable beds

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Shortly after checking into our first room, we found multiple cockroaches in the bed. We immediately requested a room change and the staff accommodated us quickly, which we appreciated. However, the second room had a toilet that constantly flushed on its own throughout the night and the shower had extremely poor water pressure, even with the water on the hottest setting. We were moved again, only to find that the toilet in the third room also continuously flushed. At that point we were exhausted and decided to stay rather than move a third time. While the staff was courteous and did what they could by moving us between rooms, the repeated cleanliness and maintenance issues across three different rooms made it clear these were not isolated problems. Finding roaches in a bed is unacceptable, and the ongoing plumbing and maintenance issues significantly impacted our stay. I hope the hotel invests in better pest control, room inspections, and preventative maintenance before future guests have the same experience.
