It is characterized for being a house with flavor to town. It stands on an ancient era whose activity was threshing, hence its name. Due to its proximity to the wineries it is located in a very rustic area and stands between the ruins of these. Being located at the top of the town is the guardian of the valley and in turn offers authentic bird's eye views. The house consists of lower and first floor: \- In the lower part there is a room adapted for handicaps, a game room with a bar furniture, a reading corner and a living room with a plasma TV with Freeview and DVD. A small desk welcomes us to the hall and finally a toilet and a kitchen with furniture to take us to the dining room, always prepared with a table for 12 people. \- In the upper part we find three rooms, each with living room. In addition, an interior terrace serves as a lookout point, from where we can see towns with a strong historical load in the distance. \- The house also has a porch and a garden, decorated with volcanic stones, which leads to an outside terrace. The house is a new creation, but it has respected the oldest constructions by taking materials from the earth itself: roof tiles, plaster mixed with straw and clay, rustic brick and terracotta floors. Estuvimos el puente pasado un grupo de amigos y disfrutamos mucho tanto de la casa como del entorno, el trato con los propietarios no pudo ser mejor (algo a tener en cuenta cuando viajas fuera), esta bien comunicado y rodeado de cosas interesanes para ver. A la casa no le falta detalle como son baño por habitación, estufa, calefacción, chimenea exterior, y decorada con mucho gusto. En conclusión, una casa a la que es muy fácil que volvamos a ir. El espacio, la comodidad, esa cocina tan amplia para que todos colaborasen, cada pareja su habitación, música y karaoke sin molestar a vecinos... La atención buenísima, super atentos a nuestras necesidades. La casa es preciosa no molestamos a vecinos ni nos molestan, se puede descansar y disfrutar del aire libre,los niños encantados y sin ningún peligro. Esperamos volver a repetirlo para el próximo año. Éramos 7 personas adultas y un niño de menos de 2 años. La cada preciosa, los detalles estaban en todos sitios y lo mejor de lo mejor, la casa estaba muy calentita, y eso que no hay chimenea, que cuando vas con niños es algo peligroso. La mayor parte del tiempo íbamos sin zapatillas...y los pies estaban constatemente calentitos, eso de tener la calefacción en el suelo.... es una pasada. Hay espacio suficiente para jugar a la Wii, para expandirse cada uno en un rincón de la casa, pero aún así, resulta acojedora. La cocina es genial, tiene un distribución fantástica con el comedor incluido. Las vistas de las habitaciones, son increibles, montañas y montañas por todos sitios. Aunque ninguno de nosotros tenía movilidad reducida, los espacios para moverser son grandes, es totalmente recomendable para alguien que necesite silla de ruedas. En la habitación de la planta baja hay espacio suficiente .... y de sobra. Lo que nos gustó también mucho es la galería superior, parece que vayas cruzando un puente para ir a las habitaciones de arriba.... está muy chulo. Las habitaciones están bastante bien, limpias y cuidadadas, y decoradas con mucho gusto. En general, toda la casa lo está. Se encuentra ubicada en un alto a las a fueras del pueblo, con lo que los ruidos allí no existen. La única pega que le voy a poner a los dueños, Eduardo y Mariola, es que no tienen cuna y nosotros nos tuvimos que llevar una de viaje, lo que supone un trasto más en el coche... pero bueno, es por poner algo, porque la perfección siempre cuesta un poco conseguirla. Y bueno, que lo ideal es ir más días y no sólo un fin de semana para ver los pueblos de la arquitectura negra. Así que, por nuestra parte, recomendamos totalmente esta casa. Lo primero darles las gracias a Mariola y Eduardo, super amables y atentos con nosotros en todo lo que les pedimos. La casa "ESPECTACULAR", la verdad es que las fotos ya te hacen imaginar lo que te vas a encontrar, pero la realidad es mucho mejor cuando llegas alli. Todo super amplio, limpio y acogedor, con todo lo necesario para que no te falte de nada y disfrutes a tope del tiempo de estancia.
