Die Beschreibung des Appartements, die Ausstattung sowie die Lage passten 1:1\. Wunderschön die Aussicht vom Balkon und vom Schlafzimmer aus, direkt auf das Meer. Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub in dem Appartement verbringen. Kontakt zum Vermieter war auch sehr gut und uns wurde schnell geholfen. Der Ort Cipressa hat einen tollen Charm und es war auch hier alles vorhanden. Zwei tolle Restaurants, eine Bar, die von morgens bis spät Abends geöffnet hat, ein kleiner Supermarkt, bei dem auch alles vorhanden war, was man benötigt. Frische Brotwaren, Käse, Wurst… Und zum Ort San Lorenzo al Mare sind es mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten, zur anderen Seite Santo Stefano am Mare ca. 15 Minuten bis zum Zentrum. Tolle Fahrradstrecken, wir hatten die Rennräder mit. Vielleicht zwei / drei Kleinigkeiten. die man evtl. wissen sollte zum Appartement hatte für uns aber keine wirkliche Bewandtnis nur zur Info, das hatten wir auch im persönlichen Gespräch mit dem Vermieter angeregt: Die Angegebene Festnetznummer auf den Reiseunterlagen ist nicht korrekt, das sollte unbedingt angepasst werden, Mobilnummer ist jedoch korrekt. Und: deutschsprachiges Fernsehen funktioniert nicht - was jetzt für uns nicht schlimm war. Die Müllentsorgung war nicht so einfach, aber uns wurde sofort geholfen, als wir beim Vermieter nachgefragt haben. Kontakt ist englisch oder Landessprache. ##### Stefanie P. Die Unterkunft war vom Flair absolut großartig. Auch funktional, es war soweit alles da. Neben dem Bad gab es sogar noch eine separate Toilette. Was leider entgegen der Beschreibung nicht vorhanden ist, ist eine Waschmaschine. Auch wären ein paar Haken im Bad und im Flur schön, man kann weder Jacken noch Handtücher aufhängen. Was ebenso nicht vorhanden war und mich sehr überrascht hat, war WLAN. Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass das heutzutage zum Standard gehört. Z.B. ein Sonnenschirm für Balkon/Terrasse, damit man der wirklich wunderbaren Ausblick noch mehr genießen kann. Großes Minus war die Sauberkeit, vor allem in der Küche. Die Schränke waren innen sehr schmutzig, der Kühlschrank war zum.Glück sauber. Die Kaffeemaschine hat geklebt (ich hatte wiederum zum Glück eine eigene mit), auch der Messerblock, Besteck usw. auch. Wohnung war aber sehr einfach ausgestattet.Leider gab es nicht einen einzigen Stuhl, der bequem war, um sich vielleicht einmal zu sonnen. Die Kaffeemaschine müßte ausgetauscht werde. Es dauerte tatsächlich 1 Std. bis 3 Tassen durchgelaufen waren.Der Weg vom Marktplatz zum Haus geht, wie auch beschrieben, bergauf. Er ist ca. 100m lang und kann mit dem PKW nicht befahren werden. Also nichts für Ältere oder Behinderte. Alles in Allem: Typisch italienisch, nicht alles perfekt, aber mit der richtigen Urlaubsstimmung durchaus zu ertragen. Reisetipps: Kleiner Supermarkt im Ortszentrum vorhanden. Ideal zum Einkauf fürs Frühstück.2 recht gute Lokale in Cipressa vorhanden. Die Strände in allen Orten mehrheitlich nur bei Buchung von Liegen benutzbar. es gibt zwar auch Plätze für die "Öffentlichkeit", aber sehr begrenzt. Strand in San Lorenzo al Mare in Ordnung. Wenn man gebührenfrei im Ort parken möchte, ziehmlich weiter Weg. Ansonsten Parkgebühr zahlen. Für kleine Kinder ist die niedrige Brüstung er Terasse gefährlich. Ordentliche aber sehr spartanisch eingerichtete Wohnung, Terrasse ist mit Festbänken und Tisch ausgestattet, bequem ist anders. Von dem wirklich schönen Haus läuft man durch die Gasse nur 3 Minuten zum Ortskern. Morgens auf nen Kaffee in die Bar— herausragend. Mit dem Hund kann man klasse Spazieren gehen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, der Blick zum Meer super. Der Aufgang zum obersten Zimmer und Dachterrasse ist nix für Schlechtgeher aber wundervoll für Menschen denen steile Treppen nix ausmachen. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel im Dorf Cipressa mit grandiosem Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Das im Dorf mit Michelin Stern ausgezeichnete Restaurant La Torre ist sehr empfehlenswert!
