Le Margherite is a beautiful holiday village located in Piani di Cipressa, Cipressa, Italy. The complex features 40 apartments and offers amenities like a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, parking, and an installment plan option. The property is perfect for a family vacation rental, providing a child-friendly environment with plenty of outdoor space and recreational facilities.  
  
Outdoors  
Guests can enjoy a shared swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 100 - 300 cm) with seasonal availability from June 17 to September 15, and open from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The pool area includes a WC, outdoor shower, terrace, and garden furniture, with pool maintenance provided by the owner/gardener. Additionally, there is a sun terrace within the complex.

The residence offers a limited number of parking spaces on the premises, as well as communal covered parking (extra charge). Central parking spaces are available. The living room features a dining table and a TV, with an exit leading to the terrace. One of the rooms is equipped with a double bed (160 cm), and it has an exit to the garden. Another room has a double fold-away bed (140 cm), while the third room offers 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm) for added sleeping arrangements.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a convenient and enjoyable vacation. The open kitchen is fitted with 4 gas rings, a toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a shower area with a bidet and WC, as well as a separate WC. The property is heated with gas. Outside, you'll find a 15-square-meter roofed terrace and a garden area, complete with terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and deck chairs. Additional facilities include a washing machine, a children's high chair, and a baby cot. Wi-Fi internet access is provided free of charge, and there is a reserved parking space available.
