The business apartment was very comfortable and very well equipped. The pool was quite busy when we wanted to use it but it was still ok. All areas were clean and tidy. The reception staff could be a little more enthusiastic and engaged, a greeting is not too much to ask?

Lovely hotel, room and staff in perfect location. Be aware that there are steep steps to get to upper floors and our air con was set to heat when it was actually warm outside.

The staff here are top class they’ll make you feel like royalty with their thoughtfulness and professionalism. The room was beautiful I was impressed with the details - everything from the kettle to the phone and the pillows matched the decor and theme. The room was clean and the temperature control was spot on. They breakfast is delicious and the dining room is stunning. It’s great place to tap into your imagination, you can easily get lost in the romantic atmosphere.

Excellent hotel with the safest parking in Romania
The staff were very helpful and acomidating to my family. We tried to buy some water from the resteraunt before leaving and instead they gave us a free little if water and sweet breads for my children. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again the next time we travel through ...
