The location of the apartment is very good and has bus and metro to the old town and airport.
The check in was okay but it was disappointing that the room was not cleaned at 5:30 when I checked it.
I sent a message to the hotel using the Expedia APP and they apologised and said they didn’t have my phone number to let me know. They could send me a message using the Expedia chat and really don’t think it is fair for them to use this excuse.
A cleaner was cleaning the other room and he said my room would be cleaned in 2 hours.
Then I left the room and came back at 8:15 am. Another cleaner was cleaning the room and he needed 10 more mins to mop the floor. The room was ready at 8:30 pm.
I don’t think it is acceptable where the check in time is from 3pm.
The room was clean and the cleaners did their good job. The problem is they don’t have enough cleaner and poor communication with residents.
They use laminated flooring throughout the bedroom and dining room. It’s nosiy if there is someone moving things above you.

"After arriving at the location, had to call and wait 10 min. for a person to come and open it. The advertised 24/7 front desk is by phone only. The pictures advertised are from another location. They don't have a restaurant, only a location for special events. No A/C on the first floor room. Not ..."
