Situated just one block from the popular Mainstrasse area, with plenty of bars, shopping, and dining! A quick drive across the river to Downtown Cincinnati to enjoy a popular sports game or even more shopping, dining, and entertainment options! The Space: Beautiful one-story home with a bedroom on either end and a full bathroom in the center! Features a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials for everyday cooking needs, and a gorgeous living area with a smart TV so you can log into and watch all your favorite video streaming services! The small back yard has a charcoal grill and seating area for your convenience, so bring some charcoal and get ready to grill some burgers! You will also find a stacked laundry unit off the kitchen for your use! Well-behaved dogs (no cats) are welcome, for an additional fee of $50 per pet. Please clean up after your pet's waste from the ground. Guest Access: Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire condo. The beautifully decorated house is located in a well-maintained historic neighborhood. The architecture is amazing. Nice restaurants are close by. One added attraction: the nearby carillon was played for about 15 minutes one evening while we were there, filing the neighborhood with the sound of bells that seemed to be coming from all directions. ##### John S. Walk to everything in the cute town. The house is perfect for 4 guests sharing two bedrooms…and is so clean and inviting. The decor is adorable with a lot of thought into the interior. It is so welcoming. We have stayed in many places In this area and this is a fave. Just keep in mind, it’s a residential area and they will not allow parties or loud noise.
