Cimarron Lake Tours and Activities

As a bartender, I could say the bar staff needs some revamping. We were completely ignored for a long period of time sitting right in front of a bartender. It was not busy and there were three bartenders working. They were chitchatting with other guests and filming other guest singing while completely ignoring us we waited literally 10 minutes for a fdrink. Sitting right in front of them. The restaurant quality food is not good. But it’s edible. The servers/bartenders didn’t seem to know much about their own inventory. The bedrooms beds were terrible. The actual mattresses feel like pullout couch beds. They have no phones connected to the room. So when you have issues, make sure you have your cell phone ready. Because you will. I will say it security staff was pretty on point. They were helping out a lot with situations, including ourselves when a guest try to fight us at the bar right in front of the Bartender. Who did nothing he was harassing others all night apparently. This is more of a party venue. I wouldn’t call it a resort. The pool was really dirty. I get that it’s busy, but I’m sure there’s a way to keep it a little update updated the Jj’s were really nice The front staff at the checkout looks kind of miserable. We could not sleep because I guess in other rooms nearby we’re partying all night and the walls are really thin. I’m assuming it’s an older building. Peoples dogs were pooping on the beach. Hope this helps better the resort.
