8.4/10 Very good! (1,090 reviews)
Negatives
- The shower in the room was terrible. Not enough room to comfortably take a shower. The shower curtain was also about 2-3" too short which caused water to go all over the bathroom floor.
- Our room was really dirty, a lot of dead bugs in the bathroom, cob webs, dust, etc. Appeared to be some dark looking mold in the shower. Very outdated and run down.
- Hard to sleep with the occasional loud random beeping noise that never stopped during the 3 days we were there. We couldn't find the source.
- Service was horrendous. Pool bar, bar, and restaurant service all very bad. The general consensus seemed to be that they did not care if we had been waited on or not. The girl that worked in the convenience store area was a real piece of work.
- Was charged more than the price that Expedia showed me when I booked it. This may be Expedia's issue but I am not a fan of booking a hotel and being given a final price only to find out that it is more expensive when I check out.
Positives
- Location on the lake is a really good spot.
- The pool is nice but it could use some updates and maintenance
