30 minutes waiting to check in. Electricity went off twice during our check in so had to reset computer each time. So I think nearly 1 hour all told. Embarrassing. Rooms are very tired. Very nice, clean room, heated bathroom floor was nice, elevator for luggage was very welcoming, great quality cookwares, and it is a plus to have paper towels and face tissue in the room. It might be challenging for some guests because this hotel is on very steep hill.
