"My friend and I spent 3 nights at Anne's place and it was without a doubt the highlight of my two weeks in France. Anne was absolutely lovely, and the gîte was so charming, spacious, clean and full of character. I feel so fortunate I got a chance to visit and spend some time in this place full of character. "We stayed at Le Petit Soyc in August 2023. This is a fantastic villa. Accommodation is very comfortable. Plenty of room for 8 of us with room to spare. The layout is superb. The kitchen is big, modern and well equipped. The outdoor dining area is really good. The swimming pool, pool house and shade is also spot on. We had a fantastic stay. Temperature was over 40 degrees! Local area is peaceful and beautiful. I would definitely recommend 100%. Property owner is as fantastic as the villa!"

"Sylvaine and Patrick were generous and helpful hosts, Patrick helping me with a puncture and Sylvaine giving us home-made jam, garden tomatoes and eggs from her own chickens. During a heatwave, the interior was always cool and the pool was large, clean and indispensable after a day of adventures. It’s hard to imagine a lovelier gîte, or nicer people."
