Overall a very good experience the staff are nice they try to help even their English not that good. The playground inside hotel is 24/7 amazing. And all those activities need to book each day after 11 am after check in be prepared. Room for improvement: please consideer to have a entry for the park. It will be more convenient
The staff at Legoland Hotel are kind and clean.
The food at the hotel was very delicious.
But,The cost of the hotel is too high (expensive) and lack of parking facilities
great stay, it was off season so we basically had the park to ourselves. the hotel and staff are amazing, the only downside is the diner options...not great food in the evening buffet. but we would definitely go back, would juat plan to head into rhe city for dinner
All facilities are tailored for children, so it was so much fun. ❤️
One thing I'm missing is that
I thought it would be nice
if the smoking area
in front of the hotel had a roof.

Disliked: Staff & service
All the activities are very limited. All full when check in. No other restaurants and activities around the hotel.
Legoland hotel offered value for money. For the price we paid, we enjoyed buffet breakfast for our group of 3 (free breakfast is for 4 pax) and free Legos from a treasure hunt in the room.
The rooms were beautifully decorated according to the theme and the furnishings were sturdy including the bunkbed for kids which can safely accommodate a larger kid.
We loved the fact that it was located close to the park entrance and had free parking although it was located further away. There was a shuttle that would take guests from parking to hotel lobby. We did prefer valet parking but after leaving for a couple of hours, the valet parking area was already full when we came back.
The staff were also wonderful and most can speak English and were very helpful! Overall, it was a memorable and superb stay!
Everything is expensive, everything requires a reservation and you can’t customize food orders through the park also the day we went most all restaurants were closed
