I decided to stay at this hotel on my way home as I had a flight the next day from Chongqing Airport. Although staff are not wholeheartedly multilingual, they couldn’t do enough to help me by getting their phones out to translate! What really impressed me was that they offered an airport shuttle service and also rang me the next morning to remind me the airport shuttle would be leaving in 20 minutes. I absolutely recommend this hotel to those people that are using the nearby airport. Thank you! Overall a good value for money stay. Reception staff could not speak English but we used google translate and they were very helpful - they let us print our boarding passes off free of charge and offered us a free airport shuttle bus the next morning when we left. They also phoned our room as a reminder on that morning Can’t comment on the breakfast as we did not have it. Room was clean and had no issues. Basic but up to standard for the price paid.
